Peter's Fish Market

As a new customer I placed a modest custom order for a difficult to source fish just to see how I liked the place. The girl who took my order was delightful and explained the process. I got a call when my order was ready right on schedule from another very pleasant lady. I was offered choices on fish preparation, but I opted out for the whole fish so that I can judge the quality of the product for myself. When I showed up I was greeted warmly by the staff. I was also pleasantly surprised that the fish I got was sourced from the premium European region, and loved getting to know more about the business from Vince who works in the store.The total I paid for this sample order was under $20, but short of rolling out the red carpet I was given a royal treatment. If this business can handle a modest custom order like this, they have a customer for life here! Most importantly, anything wholesale that I never had direct access to before is now mine for the taking at very reasonable prices.The fish itself was superb. Freshest and highest quality. I'm only sorry I can rate Peter's Fish Market 5-stars. They deserve a whole lot more.
