Unique dining experience in Boise. Service is okay although they were busy, they did not rush us; however, we waited 40 minutes to receive our food on a day when they did not take walk ins (only honored reservations). They also brought out 2 dishes (for our party of 3), and then brough the rest out later. The scotch egg, croquettes, and the banoffee pudding are amazing. The filet o fish, beets, and salad were subpar. The lentil dish was cooked well, and the pork belly marinated beautifully.
I am heartbroken that the sit down restaurant has closed because of staffing and supply chain issues. They still offer coffee and donuts on Saturday mornings and an occasional pre-order Sunday Chicken Dinner with all the fixings to go. Always good food! What a neighborhood gem with incredible food! It's so classy and boutique. Our only surprise was they didn't have spirits, but did have cool mixer drinks. That was a long time ago, maybe they have a liquor license now.
