Pharm Table - Tisch reservieren

Stopped by on a Saturday while looking for a nice brunch restaurant. I didn't have reservations, but there were a few open seats at the bar. Immediately upon sitting, several of the bar staff came over to explain the menu, answer any questions, take drink orders, give recommendations, etc... Started off with the Sangre Verde **** Mary, Cilantro Coconut Guacamole, and soup of the day. Drinks were immediately made and appetizers came out within 5 minutes. Sitting at the bar was nice as you could see everything being freshly made in the kitchen. Each dish was carefully prepared and plated perfectly. Even better than the presentation was the taste. I've had guacamole thousands of times, but nothing comes close to this. The texture of the seed garnish with the creamy guacamole inside of collard green shell with some tortilla was perfect. Received a tip to add some of their house hot sauce which was the right amount of heat. The flavor of the soup was very rich and once again the contrasting textures went well together. For the meal, ordered the Sweet Potato Waffles and Fish Tacos. They were just as good as the appetizers. Both dishes were extremely detailed and plated perfectly too. There were so many complementing flavors and the use of the freshest ingredients was obvious. To finish, ordered the Brazilian Spiced Pineapple which was simple yet surprisingly delicious. The food and service was outstanding. The attention to detail and effort put into every drink and dish was very impressive. While sitting at the bar, I could hear the manager and owner coaching the staff members to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely come back to try more items on and off the brunch menu.

If you want a culinary experience that speaks to your whole soul, don't look anymore. A party of three, there for an early dinner on a Saturday afternoon was impressed by every aspect of this place. So much so, we made reservations before we made a safe brunch for the next day! The music, the servers, the owners, the ambience and the FOOD should all be given an A. No matter what your food preferences, you will find something more than delicious on the menu. I visited San Antonio, but I understand the... EVERY time I am moving in the city forward it will be a reservation on the books with my name on it!

Absolutely loved my experience at Pharm Table! Our hostess and waitress were friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our waitress gave us great suggestions to try! And everything she proposed was delicious! The sweet potato waffles, hummus and probiotic plate were all AMAZING!! Very tasteful and satisfying portions. For Dessert we tried the avocado chocolate mousse, which was also very delicious!! We will definitely come back!

Another restaurant that knocks healthy food from the park! I wanted my extra-city guests the food restrictions (vegan gluten free) and Pharm Table had so many possibilities for us. It was my first time to experience it, so we have a bit to eat. This is definitely a candidate to be “the brunch spot” among some of the best San Antonio. I look forward to seeing my way down their cocktail menu and what dinner service has to offer.

Eclectic interesting food (think sweet potato waffles) with a good atmosphere and a reasonable price. Service was good, like decoration. She costs about $16. The waffles were excellent, the Cerviche had a nice taste, but the part did not justify the price. 4.5/5.
