We had a beautiful afternoon tea today. Service was excellent and the procedures in place for Covid were very well followed and we felt very safe.
Being a single diner on business, it is a bit of a hard time finding good places to eat once landing in the city.
Fourth Floor is quite a nice venue; it's got really good food, great service, and nice atmosphere.
Had a Friday afternoon lunch here - was brilliant ! The service was spot.
