Pho Master - Tisch reservieren

I eat here about once a week and can not praise the food and service enough. Find below some photos I took of my favourites; special beef pho, salty squid, crispy egg noodle combination, combination luksa, spicy beef pho and (probably my all time favourite crispy skin chicken with egg noodle soup. Looks like they 've moved down the road (next to Kanzo where the Caesars used to be. Large Special Beef Pho: one of the best in the area. Well balanced soup base. Good portion sizes. Combination Laksa: more of a HK style so the soup base isn 't very thick (c.f. say Temasek which I find too thick and too 'fishy ' . Could do with a bit more depth and turning the spice level down. Whilst I enjoyed it, the soup was hotter than the chopped chillies!

Delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of parramatta. Tomato rice was cooked to perfection. The deep fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy inside. Price was very reasonable too. The chef, Tang Tuan is very talented wo.

We dined here on a Saturday afternoon and ordered special beef pho and grilled pork. The portions were decent and service was quick and friendly. The meat was tender and delicious. We will be back to try out more dishes.

Food is delicious, but price is slightly expensive compare to other viet places. Service could do alittle better.
