Overall It turned out to be a normal Vietnamese restaurant with restaurants that you can find elsewhere. Of course, parking is not easy. Lighting could be a bit brighter. It is like trying to be atmospheric, but not balanced with natural light. The cost-benefit ratio is competitive. 4 of 5. Service: Your typical Vietnamese restaurant service, so nothing to write. Okay, but not exceptional. I'll give out four to be very fast with the food. Food: I usually eat my pho with steak, brisket and tripe. The Pho was good, but not unforgettable. But I was impressed by the sample remover in my photo. It was actually something I wanted to have more Vietnamese restaurants on their menu. That alone would fill you out. 4 of 5. Drinking: water. Tested like tap water. The Bad: Nothing important.
I really love pho. This place is my favorite. The P.1 is great if you like meat (minus the soft tendon), but if you don't like meat, they have vegetarian options aswell. If you like Thai tea, this place is the best. In principle, you cannot go wrong if your order from the menu here. They have a friendly staff, clean dining rooms and bathrooms. I'd give this place 10/10.
The vegetarian noodle soup is divine. Like, literally. That's the best vegetarian broth I ever had. It has a surprising aromatic, tee-like quality that is so pure and clean. Not this fake bovine broth, which is often used as stand-in in veggie soups. Many vegetables, delicious tofu tops from this amazing soup.
Nice Pho restaurant with plenty of space and friendly staff. Ordered to go, Pho tastes good and good portions of meat and noodles. They serve the real deal pho with all tripes and tendons which is usually unlikely in this area. Keep it up.
