Fast, friendly service, delicious food and cheap prices. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes. Not too many options for Vietnamese foods in the city, so it is a real treat to find a firm place. The pho with rare steak and brisket was exactly what the doctor ordered. The ingredients served with genuine ginger slices were the perfect addition to the meal. The spicy crispy chili flakes that were on the table, although quite hot, gave the vegetarian rice noodles exactly the right kick. I recommend Pho Thanh Cong and will certainly return sooner than later.
I had a lot of Thai food in my life and I must make sure this is some of the best! Surprising for me, they are even better than Spice in NYC! In addition, customer service is phenomenal. The staff was polite, engaged and very polite. The price is much lower than you would consider the caliber of food! Finally, they sell Cafe Du Monte coffee! Take me back to the children's town! You definitely have a new tribe from me! Thanks for the great food and customer service!
The service is amazing. I have shrimp summer roll with peanut sauce. It was perfect. The jasmine tea was perfectly scattered. The Pho with Steak was so good. Noodles were cooked for perfection. My steak was rare as I asked. It was absolutely delicious. I'll go back and be regular. Prices are very reasonable. I don't find a disadvantage. The staff is very friendly.
I would recommend you call first sometimes the are closed or close early. That aside, this place looks unassuming but don't be fool the broth in the Pho is amazing. I could have it every week. It is so soothing and delicious. I always ask fir extra limes and they are willing to provide them. I have tried other Pho restaurants but thus far none compare!
