Piccolino Nottingham

piccolino is my way to italien, as a student in nottingham I am part of the occasional visitor who offers me the perfect opportunity to show what nottingham has to offer. eating was always on a high standard. with well prepared, beautifully presented and good portion sizes. the waiters are attentive and the wine selection is rich in choice. the decor tries to be Italian, but does not try to be hard. in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the kind of place where they like to return freely. recommended for small parties of two or four persons.

The bar is charming and the staff is friendly, although slightly slow. The menu offers excellent choices and the food is good, but it could be a bit better considering the price.

great restaurant, chic, crowded, very good food conjugated with very nice staff. the thunfish was fantastic to add a beautiful white wine. I loved it.
