My shy friend, not wanting to complain, left 95% of her visibly dried chicken, dried bread and overly oily french fries on her plate. After waiting for her ordered glass of wine, she was informed that that wine isn’t available in glass portions. Not wanting to purchase an entire bottle, she disappointing declined. Along with our empty plates, her plate was picked up and taken back to the kitchen with no mention of the dried piece of chicken laying beside a dry bun, a visibly uneaten meal. I encouraged her to complain, but she said we had already had to complain about an entire plate of cold garlic rolls. Not wanting to embarrass my friend then and there, I made a plan to call the manager the next day. I did. The manager said there’s nothing she could do because my friend didn’t complain herself. Lesson learned, if you eat at this restaurant, don’t be shy or embarrassed to complain because the management is not shy oe embarrassed to charge you for a visibly uneaten meal, no questions asked. One of the reasons I decided to call in today was because I was the one who suggested this restaurant and that she also paid for my meal because we were celebrating my birthday. A celebration it did not turn out to be.

Liz Dawson took great care of me and my best Joshua! Thank you for the excellent Hendricks Martini and the handcrafted and suggested Tito’s drink, self made from my own portfolio… that hit the spot ,Because they have everything behind their bar... except ginger liquor so we had to adapt. Just the same! At the end of my long work week… this in my spot .. and make no mistakes… you can find a Piesanos accessibly located around this Central Florida area … with that Family style that blurs the the line between fine dining and casual dining experience. They have an array of wines, liquors, and experienced bartenders who meet the expectations of the customers desires.

We have been loyal weekly customers for well over 10 years. Recently the prices have skyrocketed the menu choices have dwindled and the atmosphere is very cold. Definitely not the same place we have enjoyed for such a long time. We won't be going back.

Dawson and Liz were awesome, some of the best drinks I have had in a while. I love the atmosphere, very family and casual friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to take the family or just come for a nightcap.
