Pinelands Bakehouse

Walked past this bakery after the lunch at Kokoro Japanese restaurant that reminded me the review from Kan Do. Drove back after couple of days early in the morning so it was easy to find a parking spot. Stepped in and found that there were lots of varieties of Vietnamese street food including the famous Banh Mi, Rice paper rolls and Steamed buns. Looked at the cabinet that was full of these street food, I could not wait to order the Banh Mi for exploration. Took a seat outside (it is always lucky to be an early bird so I can easily occupy the only table there) and started my food journey. Wow, production was close to what I had in Darra, tasteful with generous ingredients. I am glad to see another choice to have Banh Mi around Sunnybank area. Cheers! Well, I have to tell Kan Do that I have taken the photo to show Joe so "don't worry", Lol.

these recent cake experiences tried to go to this bakery for the exploration, because last time she gave me a very impressive cake. it was over two years since my last visit. I wanted to check the torts again, so I ordered a mushroom and steak pipe directly to go with a soft drink. now, it seemed under the par without wow. the pasty is still soft, but the fillings are only average. it sounds that production is not consistent unless management has been changed for two years. previous rating: sep jun
