Was really fancying a pizza so got a barbeque chicken pizza for dinner which was at a good price. Delivery on the website stated that it would arrive in 45 minutes however the meal arrived over an hour after when it was supposed to arrive. The shop which I had phoned in to ask what was going on and the staff stated that our pizza had left the shop around 30 minutes before it actually arrived. I live only about 5 minutes away from the shop so I don't understand how a pizza that has just left the shop took so much time to arrive at my house. The pizza when it arrived was pretty good but a little cold. I would recommend pizza boy as it has good food and prices however I would highly reccomend not using delivery.
Ordered a pizza in December and after 2 hours of waiting decided to cancel, however pizzaboy still charged me for the pizza that never was. 3 weeks of phoning for a refund and waiting on the manager calling me back I thought I’d be brave and just ask for another pizza, lengthy wait and I’m sat here with a meatball pizza and I don’t eat meat. Hubby is off to the chippy! Used to love a pizzaboy treat but honestly service is appalling and I’d rather not be ripped off and fobbed off and given someone else’s dinner.
The only plus point is there food was quite tasty, probably because it took so long. I made the initial order at 18:50 and despite a couple of calls not delivered until 20:25 and it was just to add insult to injury COLD! I called to complain andthe replacement came in 20 minutes and was hot and tasty,although the water portion was a bit small, calzones shouldn't be flat. In summary I'm not giving them my custom and if they keep operating like this, they probably won't have any.
Baking delicious pizzas is One Of hardest thing in the world to do that pizza boy is One Of the bests.Trust me when ever you Order your food from pizza boy,It will be a great foodie memory for you. My love thank you for recommending pizza boy.
