Pizza Hut - Tisch reservieren

Would give 0 stars if I could. The service here is TERRIBLE! Rude workers, cold food, it sucks totally. Provide an order online for delivery, then received a text that there are no drivers available, and that I would have to call the specified number if I would like to pick up my order instead. No big deal, we decided to pick it up. I sent my friend to get him and when he came home, I checked the boxes and noticed I was missing something. He called the store and after waiting for someone for at least 5 minutes to answer even though he was in the store, he noticed that everyone was standing around, doing nothing, we finally someone on the line. He tells the woman that he was just in the store to pick up and order and that an article was missing. The woman asks for a name and says she can't find anything. So she asks about the phone number he gives her, and again she says that she can't find an order with one of these information. She asks if we? Are we sure? after the right place we say yes, as we literally copied the number from the entrance. She says there's nothing she can do unless we come back and give a reception. At this point I don't even trust them to give me the food, I just want my money back for the article. Then she hangs on us. I work in retail, so I know how it is, but this is NOT how you treat customers. I'll return NIE to this place.

I have an order via mobile app on 2. November 2018 for 2 medium-sized Pan pizzas. I'll call from the store. have they no longer Pam Pizza Crust?? Just Thin, what I don't eat, I kindly ask them to cancel my order. You would cancel THINK would mean that my money is refunded, right?? WRONG!!!! My $23.05 WAS NOT refunded to my account! I called the store and said it would take 3-4 days, okay. After a week I called customer service that EXTREMELY was rude and insisted that my order ?delivered?, but they WASN? T in my house to eat the pizza, and what would I call first?? So, I called the shop AGAIN, the young man who answered, told me the manager was busy, I heard that he told the manager my problem, the manager wouldn't come to the phone. The worker said the manager would call me back. I said, Well, you didn't ask my name, or telephone member, don't you need it?? It's on the caller ID...? What about the other people calling? Yeah, I never got that call back. I?ve E-Mail Customer Service TWICE, NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND. That's stealing, pizza hat. You took my money, you don't give me what I bought. STEALING!!!!

I don 't usually leave reviews, but I can 't help myself this time. How can you offer delivery service without delivery drivers?? I placed a delivery order online then received a phone call from an employee asking me to pick up my order because they don 't have delivery drivers. I am very upset because I am unable to drive at this time. Even if I could drive, why offer a service that you can 't provide?! This place is a joke!!

Really bad. I ordered pizza through the Pizza Hut App and they had no delivery drivers available. That's the second time they did this. The first time I got a refund on my debit card, but this time they only offered a shop loan. Why would I spend money in a place that doesn't deliver? I even wanted to cancel my order, but it wasn't possible. Definitely not worth it.

I always have a good experience with this place, they are the best around, love the pan pizza.
