I wish they deserved the one star I gave them. I specifically asked for them to call and not knock on the door because I might not be able to hear them, they knock anyway. No biggie. The guy gives me my pizza, I sign my receipt, he leaves. I open the box of pizza and it's destroyed. I call, ask to speak with the manager, said his name was Peter, extremely rude. He's entertaining a personal call while on the phone with me. After a while he finally tells the person he's on the phone with that he'll call them back. I explain the situation and he states the driver will be back to pick the pizza up and asked if I want another one delivered. I decline and ask for a refund. He tells me that he'll void my ticket but refuses to give me a confirmation number for the voided items.
No dine in, so ordered carry out, Ordered a Pan pizza and 6 wings. Dipping sauce was extra. Wings were $10, Dipping sauce for them is extra. Didn?t get the wings. They said they would credit my Credit Card, 2 days later, nothing. I called, they said they already credited my card, I should wait, then hung up. I do love that corporate was there and senior staff having a meeting. I hope it was about their staff can?t produce a simple order ????
Cheesy bread was amazing Pizza was just ok , been eating pizza hut since I was a kid. Can never go wrong, I always get a craving once or twice a year. I can only eat so much it fills be up so quick, I do like there pepperoni it is thin a crispy, my daughter loves it. Family and I will be back soon.
I ordered a pizza with pineapple on the hole pizza and they only put pineapple in less of the half , pineapple was my favorite topping , so basically I could enjoy my food : , on the other hand at least they put enough of the other toppings
