Pizza Hut Parramatta

my friend gave up an order here on Sunday night and the first did not go online and came back with try order could not be placed in this time. I thought maybe it was because she used after paying when there was an option, so I went on to use my credit card for her. we both have supplied orders so there was one swallow at the end. I tried to call the load in this night, but they were closed, so called customer service the next day and they said that the load would repair it. it is today Wednesday evening and we are in charge waiting for the manager who does not a whole amount of administration and has the load to a pretty rude and condescending female worker who is as unusable as an ashtray on a motorcycle. she assured us that the manager will be here within 30 minutes after he told us on the phone to be there 19 hours. I don't know why they think we have to pay for a problem that wasn't ours. but they do. I refuse to pay for a mistake that was not ours. this is extremely unprofessional and yet so typical of these types that cannot be responsible for something that has happened at the end.
