In the calzone pizza, the egg was raw... not runny,... not even a little cooked. There was littalery no tempreture in the egg. The egg whites was completely clear of color (transparant). The cheese inside was melted just a little bit. When confronting the person serving our table. I was told. that this is normal.. I have to disagree by a lot! This is not how a calzone should have been. Also ive been here a year before. and even then the calzone was not right but it was way better then now! (the egg back then was cooked all the way trew)With 3 mains and 2 carpaccio up front. CHF 142. ... I was not impressed.I would not recommend this restaurant.But, feel free to see for yourself.
