Pizzeria La Romana

We come here quite often to eat and to take away. The service and food is good. Parking is always available and you can sit outside on nice summer evenings. If you order pizza to take out it is usually ready in less than 20 minutes. I always ask for more cheese on the pizza because sometimes it seems that there is not enough cheese but they always add without extra charge.

Eaten here a couple of times, great service from the girls who helped us with our lack of French, exactly what what you want from your local pizza place. the only negative is cigarette smoke when eating on the patio area, we have learned our lesson eat inside! If you are visiting the region give it a try very good value for money and authentic Italian experience!

We had a large group, without reservations, and we were seated rather quickly and with great warmth - the kids even nibbled on crostini while we were waiting at the bar for a table. Servers and staff very friendly and competent. Pizzas were large and crusty - Four Seasons pizza particularly good.

Eat here regularly. Great for kids as playground next door and nice big terrace. Food good and prices reasonable. Some vegetarian options on the main menu but would like to see it updated as it has been the same for over 3 years now. Overall, nice, friendly, relaxed place to eat in Douvaine.

just a great local Italian restaurant friendly and food good and full of Italians its fresh and big portions all dishes are great but you should reserve in the summer it gets busy
