Pizzeria marcello

Pizza twice from Marcello's and both times the pizza was outstanding! We orders for delivery the first time. We live quite a distance away in Dorval. We were told it would take Aprox. 45 mins for the pizza to arrive, however it arrived in about 25-30 mins. It was hot and delicious!The second time we ordered and picked up. I met the Owner Marcello. He is the one actually making the pizza. He it super friendly and gave us a free small order of fires to try, as well as free buns (the ones they put on top of the pizza) fresh out of the oven. I saw him making the pizzas with fresh ingredients prepared at the restaurant, not the processed stuff that comes in bags like at other chain pizza places. Once again the pizza was delicious!

Since moving to Pointe-Claire from NDG 5 years ago we have searched endlessly for a good authentic Italian pizza in the West Island. Have tried all the places that get great reviews and ended up getting disappointed, wondering how mediocrity gets amazing reviews? Marcelo is the first place that lives up to and deserves its reputation as the finest authentic Italian pizza. Try them once and you will never look at the other "great" pizza places in the West Island the same way again! Little Italy cuisine in Pointe-Claire has arrived!!

Picked up a couple of zas and they were good. Monday to Wednesday was 10$ for a large which is a bargain in the West Island. It's not a Gigi pizza buts also not 30$! Try it you will be pleasantly surprised.

Awful experience. I ordered delivery to my hotel while in town, but the restaurant never showed up. No phone call, no explanation. Definitely not going to give them another chance.
