Playa Bowls - Tisch reservieren

I am a permanent Playa Bowls customer and know all customer service expectations that Playa Bowls Corporate Group has for its employees. West Caldwell is extremely incompetent and far from meeting these expectations. Today I bought 6 bowls and the girl who finished my order cut the fruits and packed my order with dirty gloves. She took care of my order, makes all the lids and even the bag remains dirty with fruit. I kindly asked her to change the lid, and her answer was extremely rude, rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. I asked for the manager who apparently wasn't in the store. Then another girl came to tell me that this is the first and last time they change the lid. Strange. This is the last time I buy from Playa Bowls West Caldwell.

I'm a frequent customer because everything is here. They consistently make delicious dishes, have the order quickly and have a very personalized staff. I love this place!
