I took my friend there to sit on the patio for pizza and a drink. The patio looks inviting.I have tried their cocktail and pizza before, they were great.As soon as we sat we noticed several mice running over the back of our seats. And they were not leaving!!!We let the host know, but he refused to change our sits or do anything about it. He said they used traps and it didn’t workHe said: we can’t do anything about it.Unfortunately, We had to leave! Too many mice for our comfort.If all around the place is infested with mice, no doubt their kitchen is too. And they are so relaxed about it.Sad! I liked their pizza but I’m not going back!
With unique decor, an inclusive pizza/pasta focused menu (GF and vegan alternatives available), and tasty house wine (with many other wines and cocktails to choose from), the group of 4 that I dined with l were really happy with our experience. The server was patient with our indecision and offered helpful suggestions. The atmosphere was casual but you would not feel out of place dressing up a bit. Would recommend trying Bar Poet!
Absolutely loved this place! I cannot wait to come back again. The food is just so amazing. I actually enjoyed the food more than their drinks. I tried their lager which was smooth and tasted good. The one thing which I strongly recommend to try here is their tiramisu. You may need to make a reservation in advance since it’s very busy over the weekend!
I just came in for drinks during a walk on queen. I keep seeing this place and it always seems live and busy. Finally got the chance too try out some cocktails. They were quite delicious and packed with alcohol did the job. It was quite busy so our server wasn't available most of the time but i did not get to try the food. Maybe next time. Cheers
