Pollen - Tisch reservieren

Excellent meal with an incredible price ratio. Formula 3 very good dishes: simple local products but well made with taste and surprising associations. It's a real cooking job. I don't have pears, but I liked the sublimated chief entrance. The children are regaled with the adult menu. Bravo to the chief. It's a shame we don't have time to eat six. There may be a range of intermediate menus for choices or à la carte.

The pollen is the type of restaurant that makes the eyes shine by its excellence and refinement. The kitchen is both sophisticated and harmonious. Astonishing feature, servers are also cooks that prepare dishes, they are available and responsive to each of our requests. Everything goes into a beautiful ballet. Another bravo to Mathieu Desmarest and his brigade. The Michelin star is in all sense deserved.

Just perfect at all levels! A very attentive, professional and relaxed room staff. A perfect deal of tastes on the plates. Wonderful tasteful discoveries. A sommelier who knows and she knows her job. As for Chef Desmarets, his dishes are engineering. Thank you for this moment!

The experience was delicious dishes and impeccable service. We enjoyed lunch in 7 services with the selection of wines. Slightly disappointed on the cheese plate that had nothing incredible, but the whole was very good.

Excellent discovery. Sober decor, minimalist. Quality service. Very mastered kitchen. A truffle dinner where the truffle is well present. Recommendation
