Pollo Regio - Tisch reservieren

I love the food, but hate the drive thru service. Second time I come and have the same problem with the drive thru speaker. They can't hear you and you have to talk loudly and they'll get mad at you because they talk louder. Speakers must be updated!!! Definitely not to blame employees. I'd be crazy. Neither the employee or the customer should enforce this problem. Even the boy said he'd come out? After talking a little loud, he can hear me. It could take a violent turn, depending on what his intentions to come out. My order placed on the speaker and left 30 minutes later without my food.

Cristian was great, my order and a great setting and service super helpful and nice! Eat properly cooked and tasteful! Fresh and hot! Papa filled delicious with chicken and asada!
