Porters Dining At The Depot

This place unfortunately has not been consistent. When it opened the food/service was really good but the last 2 times the steak was INEDIBLE and the service was so bad I had to ask if we actually had a server after 20 minutes drinking water. I got my 1 cup of coffee 10 minutes later then never filled again till after received the meal...much...much later. Waiter was one of those that are doing YOU a favor. My wife said her Halibut was good enough to come back so maybe I am ordering wrong here, I for sure will NEVER order another steak. I would not recommend until I hear better things...

Beat Essen ive had in years. I had medium rare lamb frame to cook and seasoned to perfection. The woman had a middle rare fillet that was also perfect. Even the veggies served with the gates were from this world. Our server, Erin, was professional, friendly and safe that we had a great experience. The Clam Steamer Appetizer is also on the point. Come here. The best dinner in Medford. Ordered 5 cocktails, an appetizer, and our 2 entrees to get a cheque of a total of 185, which I found reasonable and fair.

Porters is my favorite restaurant for 25 years!! Location, vibe, decor, historical setting, food is always on point service is always quality. Last night we were blessed by having Patrick as our server. As usual, all 150% top notch everything!!!

Fun with all the history of the railway station and the ticket counter. Great service that we know great party before us and then food came faster than expected. Loves the train depot atmosphere and great cocktails!

This restaurant is the best. Not one complaint. Great food, service, staff, ambiance. Our favorite place to go to eat at. Also great happy hours. Never disappointed.
