Potbelly - Tisch reservieren

I went today to pick up an order and a new manager was hired and she is very unprofessional and hostile. I went in and checked the pull-out shelf first and my order was 't there then almost immediately saw that the manager was angry, she was engaged with a man who picked up a job and she sounded like she gave him a hard time out of any reason. she asked him who he picked up, and he took some time to answer her as if he was afraid of her, and I took the opportunity to tell her who I picked up. she totally ignored me. then a few minutes by and the order I was there was not finished yet and it was the time to pick up, so I asked a young man and he said that the order was almost finished, he was waiting for a thing. after five minutes waiting time pass pickup time, I approached another worker because I saw that no one finished the job I had there. when I spoke to another hired, the manager interrupted me rudely and hostilely and said, you came in and checked in the rule first (yes, I did) then someone you picked up for (yes, I told her and she ignored me) or did you just come in and sit down? So said to her, I didn't know I had to tell you you were doing your job. she knows that she has an order to complete and regardless of whether I have told her who I am or not, she knows that she has to complete the order and put it in the rule for pick-up. And when I first entered, a command was already on the rule. She didn't like me saying that to her so she threw me out and told me I never came back. I know she's a new rental because I often go to this and she doesn't even recognize her, she's very rude and unprofessional. she is an old black woman manager in this braintree location to be specific and this happened this afternoon shortly after 17 o'clock.

This is down the street from work for me, I stopped by to eat lunch today. I could not have been more disappointed. I stood at the order area for 5 minutes before I was asked my order, when the staff was just standing there. I ordered a BLTA, a classic sandwich and somehow it came out wrong. I had a whole sandwich full of cucumbers. The woman who took my payment came up in silence, tapped the screen and walked away. Never said a single word to me. If I can't get service or a simple sandwich (for almost $15 mind you) as ordered, I'll be going elsewhere for lunch in the future.

I had to order lunch for the work, it was 11:30 I needed 2 boxes sandwich 10 in every big order. nyasia asked if I could come before the hurry, and I said yes, it was until 12:00 I was as amazed as wonderful and professional they and their team were working so well together. my office loves eating that they have made for us, and we will eat more often of them. many thanks to nyasia and team that they take this hard order and work it.

Have been here a few times out of necessity or to give it a chance. They have the worst employees, they are so slow, so rude, so lazy. If you order online, even though they're doing nothing they won't start making it until you get there. An empty restaurant still took 35 minutes to make 2 sandwiches

The sandwich was subpar, ordered a pizza sub. Wouldn’t return, wasn’t worth the money. The dessert was equally disappointing.
