Prairie Fire - Tisch reservieren

we want to go for years to prairie fire, but somehow never. we went last night and had a wonderful meal served by board that was the ideal server. interesting, informative, attentive, but never intrusive. the Arugula salad was very well balanced and generous. brussel sprouts w/pretzel crumble was so delicious. I had the half roasted chicken with roasted cauliflower and my wife had the black bass bowl. both were great. we split a pear cake with a garlic caramel sauce. everything I can say is that we will definitely be back and it will go on our short list of places.

Everything was very sold and very reasonably priced. The meal was well paced and not rushed despite the restaurant being full. All the dishes were unique. The salads and vegetable dishes were particularly good. Despite plenty of food and drink, the price was noticeably less than most similar restaurants. I would highly recommend it.

Seated promptly for an early dinner. Hostess very pleasant. Server was professional, but tried to rush us to order very quickly despite the early hour and empty restaurant. Seemed slightly annoyed that we didn’t order more drinks and more food. But overall, good food, good price, good location.

Prairie fire was delightful for our anniversary they even gave us a complimentary champagne toast for the occasion!
