When we thought we were right, the owner came out because we asked him for the complaint form and not only did he not take it out but he also answered us saying that we had finished the dish, when clearly in the photo you can see that more than half is left, That is, we lose our hair and stop eating. In addition to you being liars because I did ask you for the complaint form, you are impertinent for answering in such a rude way, insinuating that we want to eat something for free and calling me trash and that I'm also a ****... when I don't have any. no need for it. Thank goodness that both my partner and I have a different color than the hair that appears in the photo and we know 100% that it is not ours, the two hairs that we found on the plate were black and that is why we stopped eating and of course there was more of half the cover, as seen in the photo, no crumbs or stories, more than half the cover was left on the plate due to finding two hairs on it, it seems very shameless to answer in that way to a person who is making a mistake of you. Very good restaurant, good experience. The waitress took great care of us and was a very nice girl. We ordered the menu which was worth almost 18 euros per person and came with three starters, a paella to choose from and a dessert. We have no complaints about any of them, we liked everything and the chocolate cake was delicious. (It has views of a small port and the terrace above is very nice).
Very poor service, felt as though we weren’t welcome. Luckily the food was good but definitely wouldn’t go back. Bit of a shock to find out at the end they only took cash
Improvable. Clotxin very good. Frying squid with little sea flavor. Very good grilled sea bream. Senyoret rice paella lacked flavor and had too much coloring.
