Propolis Brewing

I've enjoyed this beer since before they had a taproom from the farmers' market in Ballard. Sad, after the last two visits in the taproom, I don't think I'm returning. In addition to the general surveillance of their processes, the owners give super pretentious vibes. This is not a beer, and it is not how people act in the beer community. So enjoy the beer, but if you see a beautiful blue bmw in the parking lot, you expect an involuntary treatment.

This is my FAVORITE spot in town! My husband and I have visited hundreds of breweries on cross-border road trips over the years and this place is 1 for both of us! The beer is so unique and tasty and the owners knowable and passionate. Summertime on the patio make new friends or wintertime indoors to hear vinyl in a vintage rocking chair of plants. Very recommended.

I love this place absolutely. While I'm gluten-free, I can't taste her beer. My husband testifies the quality and the tasty, I am grateful that they have apple wine! This place feels like the beginning of a quest and has the moods of the pnw that I grew up love and feeling renewed from today. I can't wait to visit again.

Piper and Robert are wonderful people and make delicious and unique beer. This is truly a craft brewery that makes something special.
