10/10 amazing experience. incredibly fine eating with the absolutely best service. I never had a better service in my life. mario was our primary waiter and he explained every court and even showed us photos for a better explanation when he describes us something unknown. mario has made an excellent job. Eating was incredibly unique and so tasteful. absolutely fabulous. the music selection was nice. the environment was great. the bathrooms were wonderful and had the most beautiful smell (in contrast to ordinary bad haha). I can't wait to go back. koch leonor is a miracle. a special thanks to mario!
How does this place not have a Michelin star?! eat, phenomenal. the service from this world. each piece of this experience felt worthy of the compliments. the decor is intimate and they can observe the cooks as they prepare the food in the kitchen. the history behind every dish that was served was beautifully presented and let us feel culturally linked to the indigenous folk Colombian. this is an experience they should not miss when they are in bogota!
I really love the ideas of the restaurants, the fact that the cook goes in whole Colombian, to select exotic ingredients and to use on novel wise. it's hard to admit, but eating just doesn't taste so good. some arome and textures were good, but overall they were not coherent, dressed with many with a bitter aftertaste. the service was okay, but none of the usual. the place is beautiful, but too minimalist. the wow factor is just not there.
I had a wonderful experience. The ambiance is very nice. The dishes were beautifully plated. Each course was a unique experience and the flavors were phenomenal. Our guide, Cristian, provided excellent explanations for each course. I was a bit skeptical leading up to this dinner as I have had other tasting menu experiences that were not satisfactory, but I am very impressed by Leo
