a great place to eat, but a terrible place to work. there is so much mobbing that goes on...in the regular directed to the newer and younger employees of the older, long-term employees. when I was working there, I would almost get out of drinking at several places. Unfortunately, the owner knows that this goes on, but does nothing about it because he does not want to lose his coworkers who are there 20 years.
A great place to eat...but a horrible place to work. There is so much bullying that goes on...usually directed at the newer and younger employees from the older, long term employees. When I worked there I would leave nearly in tears on several occasions. Sadly the owner knows that this goes on, but does nothing about it because he doesn't want to lose his employees that have been there 20+ years.
