As I know when we spend our money to the hotel, it should be clean, starting from the outside when you walk to the your room, the carpet is dirty and smell very bad, I order 2 beds in one room when I went to check in, the front desk she is not willing to work and she gave me the room 1004 that someone was smoked a weed inside of the room and not any air conditioner, and phone is not working, the bed is very dirty from the bottom and ages, I bet no one stay for a minute, because of that smell of the carpet and I went back to front desk she has almost 1hr to live I told her everything is not clean is there anyway you can change me room she said the next front desk will come in 1hr she will fix it, and so I cant stand the smell so I left and try to call her front desk that comes 3 and when I talk to her she got mad at me and hung up the phone, it irritates me because The hatel is dirty and the front customer service is yakki , My plan was to stay 8 nights but, I just don't want stay more than a minutes so when I come back at night , I find the lady that she hang up the phone I explain it to her all the room and ac, plus the phone and bad is not good , I told her you shouldn't get mad at me the woman before you she was not willing to help me, and she ask me did she try to change you room , I said No she was not even willing to check anything, she said she have 1hr to live and the next front desk will fixed for me and you got mad when I talk to you earlier, and she change the room for one night and I told her, When I went to the room with five minute the alarm start ringing and no staff show up and everyone come out to the door and stand there outside, and for almost 15 minutes , I decide I will leave the next morning and In the morning I met another person in the morning and the same person who talk to me at first, and I told her I am gonna leave , I have inform that to you and to the one earlier, she said they system is not working so you have to call the booking, so it really hard how A RADISSON HOTEL is DIRTY this much, I have been a Raddison, I travel in different state, this is so much Dirty Hotel I ever seen and The front Desk is don't know what customer means, if you give me this hotel for a free night, I will never stay for a second, If you really care about the customer try to Innovate and clean it with a new carpet, a new bed and don't let inn everyone in the same spot that someone smoke , My voice is gone , I got sick because of the smell.

Yes. I physically stayed here. Yes. I gave it a 5 star review. Why? After seeing all the horrible reviews? Because I have never seen a harder working staff than we had during our stay. Our group rented the hotel for 2 nights. We aren't always an easy group to accommodate because there is usually alcohol and music. We party with a purpose. Was our room perfect. No. No it was not. But it was clean. We did have hot water. We did have towels and our bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows. Do they need to upgrade. Yes but it's pretty obvious that they are in the process of doing so. Like every other hotel in the area it is hard to find hard working staff (they did hit the jackpot on the staff I met Seth (never stopped smiling), Laurel (bent over backwards to help make our event a success) Tae (front desk amazing smile and extremely helpful) Michelle and Latisha and Roxanne (amazing women and again went out of their way to make our event successful) I almost forgot Alfonso (never have I met a more polite and ready to help person). Yes, I heard some keys didn't always work but I never had a problem with mine and it took seconds to get them rekeyed. Kudos to the staff for being the glue that holds this hotel together. We appreciate everything you do and did for us. It was epic. You all are epic!! Thank you for hosting us. Shame on the people who can't understand that post pandemic, most businesses and employees are doing their best to make your day. It's unfortunate that you have to complain about every little thing to ruin their day.

Horrible customer service experience. I am still to come to this place in July. Called to make my reservation but met extremely rude front desk customer service experience. I called a few days ago to make my reservation and they won 't even listen to me...the next thing they hang up the phone. I called back 4 times and they won 't pick up my calls. I called again today same thing. As a front desk representative, u are the face of the company. Just be polite for Heaven sake. This is a business. How do u expect to be paid if you decide to hang up the phone on a customer? I had to use a different phone number before they could answer my call. And when they did...u can 't even ask them a follow up question.It makes so much sense reading through theses reviews. Extremely POOR and rude customer service. Please manager or supervisor educate your staff. Customer service is everything in this country. I am extremely disappointed. I am still to check in but I feel funny ...not excited. This cannot be acceptable. Management please do something.Thank you.

I was at this hotel for an event over the weekend. I can't believe that Radisson Corporation would allow this hotel to open without being fully renovated after being a homeless shelter. The property was in poor shape. In speaking with several guest their rooms were not to the standard. Some had no towels, or bedspreads, etc. Several were automatically checked out after one day even thought they had two day reservations. They all had to go and get rechecked in as their rooms were locked. The restroom by the event were in need of repair. Toilet paper holder were busted, several stalls out of order. Doors had hand made signs on not to enter. Restaurant, bar, pool and fitness were not open. The staff that were working that night did make sure they we had everything that we needed which was nice.
