Rafferty's Cafe

Usually drop in for coffee - great taste and good price ($4 for a medium coffee). Have had a couple of breakfasts here and they were good compared to some of the others on offer in Cleveland on a Sunday morning. Usually have the $9.90 bacon and egg on toast breakfast special and they do good poached eggs (and Im fussy with my eggs).Lovely family who run the place and pleasant staff. I know they have just taken on new staff so maybe were understaffed when the last contributor wrote her review.

Cleveland has quite a number of great cafe's & restaurants, but reasonably priced meals, generous servings and consistent quality, put Rafferty's up there with the best.They make the best beef lasagna and carrot cake in Cleveland. In fact I would say their carrot cake is one of the best I have ever eaten. Coffee is always good also.

I ordered a coffee and a chicken wrap. The coffee took 15 minutes and the strange chicken thing 20 minutes. The wrap was toasted lettuce, bacon and pork tasting revolting and sloppy. Try somewhere else the food and service are appalling.

We go to Raffertys every Friday for lunch and often we take our visitors there. Their toasties and chips are the BEST. My husband's favourite place to have lunch. Compared to other places they are very reasonably priced.

Great menu, good coffee, fast service. And even though it's on a round about - it's nice to sit there on a Sunday morning...
