Definitely 5 stars for the customer service!The store was out of certain ice that I ordered; I was notified right away by email. When the order arrived there was a note in the box apologizing for the inconvenience and they gave me an additional pint of ices on them.
This is the only Ralph's location without doughnados on the menu :
