Ralph's Famous Italian Ices Ice Cream

We come here twice a week! My husband always gets the sour cherry and sour blueberry.. we went on Monday ordered it to go and got home and it was normal cherry and blueberry… we figured they made a mistake, whatever he ate it… today I go back for his normal sour cherry n blueberry again, we get home and it’s regular again.. this time we go back and the manager tells him it’s the new recipe… which whatever they should have informed us when ordering. Then he asked to swap it and the manager said no.. I know it’s only $6 dollars that’s not the point. Poor management skills ! Let your customers know if a flavor has changed or simply let them get a new order!! Won’t be coming back here.

On line 20 plus minutes on a Saturday. Clearly undrstanding it was during peak service it still looked like an unorganized cluster. Had to walk away. Their windows system needs work. Note to Management: Two windows not being utilized correctly. One neededs to be assigned order and the second pick up. You can not mess up Italian icees but you can mess up customer service. ?
