The price is ridiculous. The lobby was dirty and the bathroom was NASTY. We walk in and it’s completely empty. There were 3 employees behind the counter who didn’t greet us. My husband got his order taken first and I just stood there while the other two girls chatted. Then we go to the sitting area that had no clean tables. Ice cream all over the tops and melted on the floor. Napkins everywhere. Yes, people should clean up after themselves but you should also be checking your tables to make sure people have a clean place to sit. I know better to not lick the other peoples ice cream off the table but my 1 year old does not. Then I go to the bathroom, absolutely disgusting. Who knows when it was touched last. Also, who puts the paper towels over the toilet to get flush splatter? As I’m overly washing my hands, I see the sign saying employees must wash hands and it immediately made me think of them using that nasty bathroom then making all the foods/scooping ice cream. It’s so convenient to go to after dinner but we’ll be walking or driving across the bridge from now on. Instead of just standing there chatting behind the counter while you wait for customers, clean.
We went here about a month ago. The place was pretty busy but not crazy. The service was so slow! I had eaten almost all of my ice cream before we could even pay. We have visited another location in Vero Beach, FL that we love and we're disappointed by this location.
Exceptionally great chocolates and other treats. Their ice cream is amazing too. And if you want a delicious caramel apple this is the place to visit. Great place for gifts too as they have boxed goodies like milk or dark chocolate turtles. Yum!
Great customer service. The young women working the counter were very friendly as we walked into the door. The Candy apples looked amazing. We bought 4 to take home. We also bought fudge and tried the milk chocolate. Very rich and creamy.
