I love this place. I also understand that every company is exposed to rising costs caused by supply chain problems and inflation and labor shortage. her breakfast burrito was a dollar more than the previous visit. but it was made perfect and is still worth the 7.99 but they also have the cost of a large drink in addition to the reduced the size of the cup. they were released from the larger styrofoam cup and it is smaller. So I was disappointed that someone made the choice to keep it to the customers two times on an object. either reduce the size or increase the costs not both. they still have good food, but I will no longer buy the drinks, unless they can reduce the cost a little on drinks, as they now save money on normal tassen, which are cheaper than styrofoam and keep less. they can help their customers a little on the drinks
I’ve gotten food from here numerous times and never really had any issues, the food was always good. This last time though was a bad experience. The guy at the drive thru took my order 4 times before I gave up and left. He would ask for my order then seemingly disappear. After the first time there wasn’t even a car in front of me or anything. I don’t know if the people working here were high or just don’t like being there or what but I was really disappointed because it’s not usually like that here.
I've been here for years, probably spent thousands of dollars for me or my associates to the breakfast burritos. Today my last one will be visited. I always ask for grilled tweeping on my breakfast burrito and I was told they won't do that anymore. they lost a valuable customer and thousands of dollars in future sales, because their tomorrow personal is too lazy to grill some paprika and wobbles. well played.
the crazy burrito was so delicious. it also had to be 3 pounds! I tried to finish everything, but I did it. Too bad I went through the salt lake en route to California, and I will not have rancheritos soon. but next time I'll be back in town!
