Western themed american and mexican restaurant in the „busy tourist street“ in this part of cala d‘or. Overall 4.3 stars reflect this location very well, there were meals that were very taste, good and some were just ok. Attention: the menu changed recently and was shortened! We didn‘t find all the dishes we planed to order so take a look at the latest menu I uploaded. Service was friendly and fast. Main dish took a while to receive. The nachos on the starter plate were great, eggplant as well, from the main dish steak, fries and chicken burger were really good. On the starter plate chicken wings and ribs weren‘t nice but ok. Overall it‘s a solid place to eat in cala d‘or but we did found better options in our week of vacation so just use Maps to determine the really good ones :
We had high hopes for this restaurant based on previous reviews, and as a steak house was looking forward to a good quality meal. We visited on the 4th October. The service was slow and inattentive, the €18 litre of Sangria tasted like it was out of a pre made carton, and the €27 steak x 2 (total €54) was fairly tasteless and chewy. The starters were good but expensive. For €99 we had less than average service and food, so for the remaining holiday will not be revisiting this restaurant. Nobody asked if the meal was OK, I suspect the uneaten steak on our plates said it all. Such a shame.
The first thing we found out was that Rancho El Patio is actually 2 restaurants, a steak one upstairs, and tapas down. We were after steak but had gone downstairs and there was no room up. Cest la vie we had tapas. It was of a good quality with large servings. Enough anglo-sized dishes to keep the youngans happy and some tasty and varied tapas. The bill was reasonable with free limoncello all round. A nice and handy place to eat
The food was very good. The quality of the meat was good with the price being fair. The service was quick and the servers were polite. I would eat here again.
