Ratatouille Bistro

This is the second time we went to Ratatouille. The first time we ordered Chateaubriand and it took an hour before we were served. Part of the problem was a delay caused by the server having to wait on the table side to serve us. Valentine's Day was the next time. I called the restaurant in the afternoon to let them know that we would order Chateaubriand again and demanded the cooking time to cook beef to serve us at 19:15. The person I spoke to said he would talk to the cook. We arrived early for our reservation, ordered our meal and had wine and salads. Then we waited for the Chateaubriand and at 7:15 the server advised us that the cook had seldom overcooked the meat of medium we ordered WELL DONE. They made another Chateaubriand for us that arrived at 8:00 and surprisingly was warm to cool instead of hot. We canceled Dessert and asked for the check. We're not going back to Ratatouille. Overall, the food was good, but the experience was miserable.

The food was delicious as it was abundant. The server was attentive. The kitchen was efficient. The ambience was attractive. We couldn't ask for something better. We recommend Ratatouille Bistro to everyone enthusiastic and without qualification!

Overpriced with slow service. It took an hour to get our appetizer, then another hour to dinner. Food was fine, but we can better eat elsewhere for much less. We're not going back.

This dining we experience was exceptional. My hope is that many others seem it out!

It was obvious that the kitchen had overestimated her abilities.
