Two members of family have celiac and looked forward to this place. My son called the cheeseburger sliders legendary. Definitely worth checking out if you have gluten restrictions, although you have to rely on server knowledge instead of a super clear menu. My other two kids loved the regular mac and cheese kids meal. Other good gluten free selections were the boneless bites in Japanese sticky sauce, the street corn, and the chips and dip. Very friendly service, server provided several recommendations that worked out and improved the meal. We sat inside because the patio was full, and id say it feels more like sitting in a lounge vibe than a typical family friendly place. We were still quite welcomed despite my children's mediocre behavior after a long day at the MOA. I worked in restaurants years ago, when if someone came in with a dietary restriction you kind of politely just showed them the back door and said ok great go drive home and eat…. So it's really great to see that a place is taking allergies seriously and providing options. It's not hard, but Red Cow has gone out of their way to cater to a gluten free community and should be recognized for a great effort and execution.
This is by far one of the most amazing burgers I have ever had! The hostess was so kind and was able to provide for our needs at which we needed to seat! Our waiter was so friendly and helped us order! He did a great job of explaining the meals and their contents, overall this place was very affordable and I would 10/10 recommend!
I have a gluten allergy and loved this place! They have their own separate fryers, they use the Udi’s GF buns. The server was knowledgeable and went through the menu as items aren’t marked gluten-free. would love to go back next time we’re in the area.
