we had the best experience when we had to eat it on a midday date recently! our waitress was angelina and she was the absolute best waitress we had in very long time! it was a skeleton team with just her and a manager and of course a chef in the back. but she kept everything coming in time and had a pleasant attitude about it all! very fast and efficient service. Of course, the potato salad is the main reason why I eat there bbq and not somewhere else and it was so delicious! better than I can make home! I can't wait for our next lunch!
Food is just okay it used to be GREAT. Service is pathetic! If you order curbside dont count on anyone coming out to your car, go ahead and make that call to them but expect to be sent to voice mail or placed on hold. If you choose to just go in and get it yourself, expect to be left standing at the counter another 10 minutes. It doesnt matter if the place is bare bines or packed, the service and food it at its all time low. Should really consider a new manager AND staff. After all that...the food is cold. Go somewhere else!
we were one of those who were away from this facility because we had bad service and were unclean. today we went back and the energy has changed! sara was fantastic and the other waitress. we let the manager know how he worked hard. Thank you!
I just bought one. terrible. cold do not eat so only a cauliflower mix no taste, kartoffel salad taste like mayo no brot no wobble or pickel and no taste or serviettes so that I am finished here. bbq medium.
