Red Lobster - Tisch reservieren

So this evening we, 6 of us, went to our reservation at Red Lobster. We arrived early and were sat not long after we got there. We are still waiting on four to join us.Our waitress was AMAZING. She was very happy, VERY FRIENDLY and you could tell she was a total people person within her short chat with us. I was not wrong. She was GREAT all night.The rest of our Table arrived before she left our chat and as soon as she noticed them sitting she came back, took their drink orders and explained the menu.WOW this is going to be a GREAT NIGHT. Father’s Day, Great Company, it's going to be fun. Ask her opinion on 2 different plates of which she explained and then suggested the one I original thought would be my meal. She went around to the rest of the table, took their orders, and answered any questions. She then brings out our salads along with extra cheese buns and all good.Then the steady slope downhill started.No salmon left for the Fire-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon plate that I ordered. No problem she can sub Scallops for me, YES totally fine with me. Let’s do this.Few minutes later the plates come out served via a new guy. Down goes the 1st plate. No that’s not asparagus it’s squash. Ok. 2nd plate, nope not what Mom ordered. 2 tails instead of the one she ordered.3rd plate PERFECT4th plate nope, missing the add-on.5th plate no butter.6th plate ME nothing.Waitress comes and explains the kitchen did not tell the wait staff NO ASPARAGUS LEFT, wow you would have thought something like no side dishes left or NO Salmon for a salmon plate left.Wait, then wait some more then wait some more. Finally my plate shows. My Apparatus is squash like the rest and totally overcooked, like the rest. The Lobster looks good the Shrimp look good and covered by the COLD scallops. Reason they are cold is they forgot to COOK THEM. So now I’m done and no longer interested in eating. The waitress is there, with the butter for plate 5. I had her take my plate back being told to remove from our bill. I’m asked, after everyone else is eating, and has been for a bit, if I want to sub for something else. I decline. Why would I want to order now that everyone is eating, to have my food show up when everyone is done eating? The waitress who by the way is still AMAZING in my books is very apologetic and you can tell it’s for real. FINALLY the manager, or manager on duty or whatever she is, shows up. WOW what a waste of time that was. Yes she was sorry, yes she offered me a sub for the meal I sent back, yes she did her job and hated doing it. Moral of the story. DO NOT EAT at THE WORST RUN RESTAURANT in Canada. Do NOT waste your time, Do not think you are getting good value for your buck, and know that although the wait staff is amazing, they can only serve what they are given which is ****. Yes they did comp our total meal tab. Yes they, especially our waitress, was sorry we did not get what we ordered. Yes our start of a great night was turned sour so why should 5 of the 6 eat meals they did not produce properly get comp.Drive by people Drive by.

Atmosphere was warm and welcoming when you walk in. Was date night for hubby and I. Our waitress was excellent, very personal and made sure we were taken care of. We order the lobster stuffed mushrooms to start, they came out lukewarm. We let our server know, she got new ones made promptly. She explained she would have a manager stop by, well that never happened. No one came to the table. We didn't see a manager at all during our entire dining experience. Then when we were leaving, we seen a lady at the front with a suit jacket on, she seemed to be having a casual conversation with another staff member. Overall - food and waitress was excellent, was very disappointed no management stopped by even once to the table to rectify the problem we had.

A friend and I had dinner here last night and we were pleased when we saw Margaret was our server as she really is the best. She proved it again last night when my friends steak delivered and the first thing Margaret said was "I need you to cut into that, as I see it may be overdone to what you requested". It sure was. Her response was "I already have another steak on the grill as I suspected you may not be happy with this one". I love when a company can admit a mistake before the customer even has a chance to find it and get upset. SUPERIOR customer service Margaret!! You deserve a raise :)

I realize that the service can vary with the individual server, but we certainly lucked out by having Michela W. serve our table. We were there for an anniversary dinner and were not disappointed. The food was excellent (appetizers of coconut shrimp and seafood stuffed mushrooms) and the main dish of lobster and prawns left us very satisfied. The dessert topped it off just nicely and to have it compliments of the house for our anniversary was a very nice touch indeed. Thank you!

Good service and my fish was excellent. A neighbouring table complained about 'the lobster' (had been there before and had no problems, they said). The waitress ensured their concerns were met.. Good service, good meal, good atmosphere, reasonable price for the package...
