Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

If I could give negative stars I would. My family and I went today. Resturant was not busy and yet service was horrible. We did have a large group 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Drinks did not all come at the same time or even relatively close to each other. One drink was even forgotten. When it did arrive the server was handling the stem of the cherry for the top with bare hands. She didn't bring enough straws for all the drinks. Had to call for refills. Didn't bring silverware , napkins or enough plates again table of 9 and brought only 5 plates for appetizers. Did I mention service was horrible. Finally actual food does come. Mine I don't even think was the right burger and I know it was the wrong cheese. One person in our group had to get Togo containainer that person had to leave. Food was not hot. Again resturant was not busy maybe 4 other tables one other large group the rest were 2-3 people. Needless to say not a great experience paid the full bill and my daughter in law was kind enough to leave a $20 tip which I know is awful for the size of party and the size of bill but again the experience horrible. They need to have better trained or just trained period server's. I seen small tables come and go and the other large table that showed up after ours was served before ours. The only good thing I have to say is the music was entertaining. Will never go to this resturant location. Shoot probably this chain maybe the problem is server's come and go. On the way out I seen a we are hiring sign server's cook etc. No experience needed. They might want to rethink that.

my man and I came on Monday at 6:30/7 clock above all those who took my name on the door, smell the wrong way with a cometar that she made, even after she stopped by, that we sat in the front for over 20 minutes. after sitting we sat in the back for another 20/25 minutes my man had to go to find someone to wait for us, she explained that they were the only server I ordered fish and garlauch fries they were warm and my fish swimming in oil. if they are not able to serve people, it is the lack of personal or lack of training DON’T open

No. preordered online. offers salat online, no salat on this page. available option for extra marinara, not on this page. I am there at a certain time, do not eat ready. service . customer service. eat, meh, very average burger for the price. felt sick after eating.

hasn't been with a red robin for years, but the meat looked like it was packed. as if they buy a bag of pre-shaped burgers. I looked like that. it wasn't terrible, but for the price and the call I thought to have red robin, I really expected more.
