The food is good, love the look of the store and concept, but the Manager I am assuming) didn?t have a chef coat, very rude, I was in line and the server the person behind me, the person behind have enough sense to asked me I have been served. The manager proceeded to asked another associates to help the lady behind me, she has been in line not the case at all) The appropriate thing to do is to ask how?s next. And not assume. looks or color if skin can?t fool you) I

Love Reid?s! I just wish they?d offer more organic options (reflected in the 4 stars vs. 5). I?m the daughter and granddaughter of grocers from Detroit. Grew up in the business. I really like the old fashioned stores. We weren?t too hungry so we had our usual roast beef sandwich but we asked them to do it like a panini. It was delicious! I think we?ll have a drink the next time we visit South Park Mall. Stop by Reid?s, take it slow. Enjoy!

My salad was phenomenal. However, the box that held my salad was disgusting. If I weren't so hungry and didn't have to go back to work, I would have asked them to do everything over. It looked as if someone wiped their filthy hands all over the box. I prayed extra hard over my food and use hand sanitizer to wipe the box off. Presentation is everything!!

Paid $10 for a sandwich and look at the quality of the produce. The cheese was ripped in half and dried out like it hadn?t been sealed properly. The tomato was mush and I wouldn?t even feed a bunny that lettuce. The bacon was pre cooked microwave cardboard. So very disappointed.

One of our go-to?s in Southpark, always have a great time on their beautiful patio. Live music on the patio Wed-Sunday. Food and service always top notch.
