Plus: Great food and cocktails. Big portions for the money. Relatively quick delivery time once you make the order. Minus: took a while until we got served asked to get the bill with our order immediately, as we had little time, got ignored. asked for the bill one more time from another waitress that came to our table. Nothing. Went to the bar to pay myself after 15 minutes, got an annoyed reply from the waitress that she told it to the other waitress. Not my problem. Can I pay? No, go back to your table. ?? Noticed other tables get similar issues. Bad service ruined great food experience. Would still come back for the food tho.
It started out very well (we ordered apps). But the kitchen was closed at 9 pm and we could not order the main dishes. We ordered a second bottle of wine at 8:55 to go with mains, but at 9:05 we attempted to order main dishes and got denied; we asked for credit for almost a full bottle, that was denied too. So we paid and left the bottle. Got the feeling they don't need new customers. It was a very strange experience.
That's what's happening there was sick... Firstly waiting for free table, certificate control. Ok, no problem, it's for our safety. Then in the table again control, but the waiter told me it isn't in HER LANGUAGE. But it was international document. She need it in German... Sorry, I felt there like enemy. The staff was so unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend it, especially for foreigners.
The food is quite brilliant and very tasty. The problem is that there is no English menu and you are lucky when I am to waiters. We had a guy who tried to tell us they didn't have 100% juice because it was expensive. Especially in this region of Germany it is no problem to get an organic grape juice for 2.50 a bottle. He was a little strange I must say
