Respect'table - Tisch reservieren

restaurant opened last year in the 9th arrondissement but we had never seen it. The kitchen is organic and fair but affordable (it is not always the case). I admit I'm not leaning on this type of restaurant, but it was a very good surprise for my husband and I. the restaurant is located rue de la tour d'auvergne a little while back from the hustle and close to the street of martyrs. the decor is very pleasant, warm atmosphere and music with reasonable sound volume. wood furniture; chandeliers and lamps; plants and flowers make it a place at the same time simple but with a small elegant and rustic side, for all types of dinners so. appreciable in the neighborhood. side plate, dish of the day at 10 € in the evening and otherwise flat to the card between 15 and 18 € . the entries are less than 10 € overall. overall, a raw fish cooked with lemon well prepared and a velvety of very successful vegetables in the entrance. we tried the dish of the day at 10€; Lambball salad, small vegetables and potatoes, very rich and very good. simple but fragrant and good quality products. the map offers classics and more exotic products (cococo, curry ...). service side, it also follows with the pleasure of being able to ask for a filling replacement and a separate sauce without sighing or refusing from the server; even proposals at the initiative of the boss. addition, 35 €, 2 admissions and 2 dishes of the day and a bottle of gaseous water. A single flat, the bread that would have been desired more fresh...Break, to try again to verify that the second experience is as nice as the first, but potentially a good future address to keep with a low quality/price ratio in the neighborhood and a really nice welcome. As long as it lasts.

I made a press lunch in this restaurant. the quality of the meals is very good and the service efficient and friendly. but the value-price ratio is unbeatable: 16€ only for a flat entry formula dessert glass of coffee wine. Moreover, the restaurant uses many organic and/or fair trade ingredients. but as the boss said to me: most customers come for the taste of meals.

varied and complete menu with lots of original dishes all the products are fresh and organic (good wines)The setting is also nice because, among other things, it houses temporary exhibitions (photo, painting...The boss is very nice and can be proud of his kitchen and his approach
