in order to anticipate it: eating is very good. We also liked the renovation of the restaurant, the wall color is stunning. also good that you have received everything in all the character of the restaurant, it was refreshed on good art.We knew there was only one menu, that is no problem. We would have appreciated if a menu card was laid up so that we could adjust to eat. surprises are beautiful and good. it doesn't have to be so surprising. a bit difficult is the choice of wine if you do not know exactly what you expect on the teller. the future to our demand that white and red wine would fit was not really helpful. we decided to be a medium-light wee to be on the safe side. the appetizer, cauliflower mousse with austerity, really very good. the following soup soup. at best it would have been nice if at the price of the menu in the suppe there were still something substantial. the meat in the main course a trace dry, the cucumber with inserted grains very good. also that dessert convinced us (we had decided for the four-course menu).Everything in all a very good food. that also - of course - has its price. this is from our view in the rather upper range, at least compared to other local with similar high quality and the fact that we are not in a big city. the service very friendly and also the host very attentive. we would like to have a little less secret ceremonies around the menu, which the joy of eating would not have been a break.
Just had dinner at blum in a very relax atmosphere that make you feel like at home. I can't find anything negative to say. Warm welcome and attentive service throughout the evening and our menu was super delicious and nicely presented. Beat is a skilled chef who takes great care with the quality, preparation, and presentation of his dishes. The wine list is focused on organic and nature wines - the staff was very skilled in recommendation as this was new to me. I was very positively surprised and will now further explore these interesting wines. All in all - a top dining experience!Thank you, I'll be back!
even though I was only scared about surprise menu, I enjoyed the 4-course menu very well. kitchen is flexible. speisen are very tasty u very beautiful presented, also time was very good. in the restaurant it was very loud in the evening, although only partially occupied. service was moderate though friendly. we are unleashed. prices are high for this experience.
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with great bio/nature wines to a fantastic menu. Has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in St Gallen, excellent quality food and wine, staff polite and very professional. Highly recommended.
