an address we already knew. We ate at 5 a Sunday noon, we booked the same morning. we took the menu at 28,50 euros to have frogs (entrance frogs with will accompaniment white or dry dessert cheese). There is a choice in the entrance (saumon, salad, caille terrine, charcuterie plate), they are well prepared but have nothing extraordinary. then come the frogs that we are brought into a hearty dish to share on a reef so that they remain warm. Once the dish is finished, the waitress/manager comes to ask us if we want another dish. frogs are perfectly prepared with garlic and parsley, they are not dry. for accompaniment, which comes after the frogs (to not be obliged to wipe the fingers every two minutes), we have the choice between quenelles with sauce or cooked vegetables (all of green beans, mushrooms, Provencal tomatoes and dauphinois gratin). again, we are brought with us a rich dish of accompaniments to share. For cheese, we have the choice between a pheasant and a dried cheese tray where we use ourselves. For desserts, we had the choice between a lchi/raspberry tiramisu, a raspberry cowrin, a chartered cowrin, a mistled cream, ice cream, etc. the digestive (limoncello) was offered to us. service and reception are very warm since the restaurant is managed by a single family from generation to generation. the restaurant’s decoration has one or two generations of delay, but the quality of the meal makes us soon forgotten. I strongly recommend this restaurant to frog enthusiasts and good eaters.
