the restaurant has been completely renovated, clear space, modern and comfortable furniture, elegant decoration. We take the greedy menu to 88 fres:- Squash-snake small soup with mezier lard, ok- terrine of foie gras, caille and vegetable, small foie gras and saladine, very good (the best dish-) back of sandy agraume sauce: ok, but agrab too present- cute of calf and crunchy vegetables: meat too cooked, the sauce good in the whole, but it lacks the smallest taste and flavor, which I expect for a menu of this price.But still happy with my evening.

excellent, as always: high quality products, cooked and seasoned to perfection, following the seasons. unlike many restaurants of this level (semi-gastronomic), generous portions that place the quantity (almost) as high as the quality !!! personal in small care, smiling and very competent. According to me, definitely the best bubble restaurant

This is a very nice restaurant, exceptional staff and atmosphere. As a vegan, I was a little concerned but the booker informed the chef that I was vegan and they agreed to cater for me. All of the courses prepared for me were excellent, it...was a real treat and I was extremely happy with the experience many thanks!

The kitchen is excellent, the service is good, but then what inconstance in the menu. amusing mouth and the 2 entries followed almost in gust but more than 1 hour waiting for the main dish! What a shame. because the dishes are fine and the products are of quality. We recommend it anyway.

Simply the best restaurant in the Gruyere's region. Definitely deserves a star in the Guide Michelin! Do not miss it!
