Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unter der neuen österreichischen Leitung hat sich dramatisch verschlechtert. Die Preise steigen signifikant an, ohne einen wirklichen Gegenwert zu bieten. Das Servicepersonal ist kalt und arrogant. Die Qualität des Essens ist völlig inakzeptabel. Ich wurde total verachtet und werde nie wieder dort hingehen. Früher waren die Besitzer nicht wirklich top...aber man konnte zumindest eine anständige Küche und guten Service in einem Schweizer Restaurant erwarten. Das ist jetzt einfach völlig überteuert und entspricht nicht einmal wirklich dem Niveau der österreichischen Küche. Selbst in einem 1-Sterne-Restaurant in Deutschland isst man besser. Es ist ein großer Unterschied zu früher, einfach traurig.
Came here with a few friends for lunch. Love that typical Swiss 19 century ambiance of this restaurant. price-service level is great! You get really amazing lunch menues for fair prices between 20 and 40 CHF. i had a delicious aspargus soup ( amazing!) and a fitnessteller with pork schnitzel (also amazing) . eventhough they forgot to bring me the salad dressing ( they put you a selection of two dressing on the table - you can choose or take both) i still give them 5 stars. Altogether i was really excited and enjoyed! For sure i will come back!

I had a delicious aspargus suppe amazing and. a fitness plate with black carving (also amazing) . eventhough they forget to me the salat dressing they put them a selection of two dressing on the table they can choose or take both) I still give them 5 stars. overall I was really excited and enjoyed! I'll be back.
