Restaurant Hotel de la Plage

We hesitated before returning, the places seeming to us old from the outside, beyond its charm of old. As soon as we get back, we quickly realize that the places are actually completely devastated. We were installed in a secondary room offering rustic decoration, but old and ugly especially. the staff leaves a little pro impression and seems to run a little in every direction. After we dropped two cards, we didn't see anyone for 15-20min. So we had the time to think about our fate and, fearing to spend a bad night, we bent baggage, without anyone realizing it. It's only after I got to know the bad advice about service, cooking, etc. in short, leaving this place was our best decision of the evening!

Stayed in the camping car aire just outside the town, so need to eat in the evening, suprised there was a market on in the village, but looking around at the menus did seem quite an expensive place to eat, especially the fish.Liked the look of the set menu in this old fashioned hotel, no English spoken, but why should they, we are in France, wine was okay for the carafe not the best we had on this trip but okay, my rabbit with linguine was a bit odd, but cooked well with good taste, wifes fish was cooked well as were our starters.okay for the price.

we were three we were denied access to a table of four people we were offered a table of two while the restaurant was taken by four tables the decoration is off time the glasses bleached by the limestone and I am not talking to you about the table of synthetic fabric the decoration is to redo the floor to the ceiling the food bof bof I will never return a horror!!!!!

the external aspect may seem old or even rebarbative. However, once inside, offers you a beautiful light restaurant room overlooking the village and the room of water, with terrace/balcon if the weather permits. the service, young, is efficient and friendly. and the essential, the kitchen of a good level (fish soup and mayo crab). excellent value for money!
