restaurant L'Ambata

We decided to have a pizza before driving home again and tried to find a place for 5 adults.The service was polite and she quickly rearranged the tables to accommodate us even it was already 8 PM and almost full already.Fast service with drinks at the table and the pizza was also delicious and crispy.Also a doggy bag was not an issue at all and provided without a question to take home the left over.Good value for price, can recommend to eat the pizzas fresh from the wood-fired oven.

We went to a beach near Propriano and on our way back we stopped at that restaurant: one took some chicken with French fries, the second took some paste with eggplants (quasi-inexistent) and the third one some goat-cheese with salad, and the three of us took each a glass of rosé wine: we paid 70€. Quite too much. We won't go back.

The food was nice, portions large (salad as a starter could be a whole meal in itself), ice cream excellent, the female staff is very friendly and speaks good English. A place to recommend.

One of the only restaurant open in Propriano in february. It was a bit empty but the atmosphere was cool. Pizzas were good. The waitress was nice.
