"This place, even if it doesn't seem, is over a hundred years old. the name of the business comes from two extinct past trees on this floor, the ormeaux. A plague made them disappear. As a witness to the history of the business we found a daisy woman, ninety-seven years old, sitting on a table that could be the same one she sat in when she was a girl. He tells us that in 1913 his parents brought her in the afternoons to have chocolate. Now keep frequenting the place at least once a week to get your coffee with milk, machine, as you explain. in charge of the business are julian and Mr. detroy, in the david kitchen and in the kelly room. is an excellent work team; helpful, professional and very friendly, that does not hesitate to speak with you in Spanish if your French is not the right one. sit on the terrace when time does not stop. order the drink and the molds, as the mussels are called in French, at will. saying this doesn't clear up much, but if I tell you you can eat everything you want is different. and only pay the first ration. apart, they have a good letter where good foie gras always prevails. a football to play the afternoon cups is also essential and the music inside cannot be lost when the night comes. we recommend that you make a stop on the way to enjoy this great atmosphere."

We came across this restaurant after walking 2 hrs from Toulouse along the canal walkway to Ramonville Saint Agne. We were very weary, hungry and thirsty, so it was a very welcome sight. It is located at 103 avenue , on the main road.On our first visit my husband ordered a dish of the day, of which there is a choice. It came as fish with rice and peas, lovely.I myself had a feta cheese salad - it was the most beautiful salad ever, very hearty, full of delicious fresh vegetables, black olives and enough Feta cheese to do 3 hearty salads. I finished every morsel though as we had a long walk back. These 2 meals with bread, and a large beer came to only €29, which was incredible value. On our next return we excitedly did our long walk again, on a Saturday bit were disappointed as there was no menu of the day. However I chose this time a smoked salmon salad which was once again delicious, and laden with salmon. I couldn't fault it.My husband chose a burger in a bun with chips, which for €17 was rather expensive considering it was just that. The chips were rather overdone and the bun a simple, inexpensive white affair. Nothing special, but the fresh burger was tasty. The restaurant was very busy midweek, but much quieter on the Saturday. It looked like it got a lot of seats from the nearby businesses by the amount of men in shirts on our first visit. The location was beautiful, lovely and shaded and although it is situated on the main road it isn't a problemStaff were really polite and attentive at all times.I wouldn't hesitate to return. Its a shame our holiday in Toulouse is at an end otherwise I definitely would.
